Coordinates nursing care for patients of all ages participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Takes call and responds in a timely manner. The Registered Nurse is seen as a role model for exhibiting the Behavioral Standards and Customer Service expectations of War memorial Hospital. Will float between ICU and Med/Surg units as C1 or C2 RN.

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of experience Required
- Pediatric Experience Required
- Comfortable floating to ICU and/or ER Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) Required
- PALS (AHA) Preferred
- Candidates must live 100 miles from facility
- Two Supervisory Reference Forms Required
- Skills Checklist Required
