Requirement description :
- MUST have experience in Cardiac/Angio/Neuro/Vascular & Trauma cases
- Experience working with ALL age groups
Profile Requirements:
- Work History going back at least 3 years if applicable to Assignment
- Skills Checklist
- At least 1 supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
- Licenses & Certifications
- COVID Vaccination card w/ booster if applicable
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- California
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend including holiday rotation
On Call Requirements : Yes must be available
