Temp - RN - ICU Nights Coos Bay OR

MCU is a 1:34 ratio primarily 1:4

ICU is 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity. If we have overflows 1:3.

They need Intermediate or progressive care experience. Must be able to read and interpret rhythms and cardiac drips. In ICU we are a mostly medical ICU. It is an open ICU and we have a Teleintensivist. I need someone with cardiac experience. We take post PCI/ STEMI or other cath lab pts. Need someone that has experience with radial and groin PCI access and bleed management; however we do not pull sheaths. Need experience with temp pacing prefer balloon pump and Impella but those two are not required.

• ICU AND PCU or ICU AND IMCU experience. They will be expected to work on both units REQUIRED
• Must be able to read and interpret rhythms and cardiac drips REQUIRED
• Cardiac experience REQUIRED
• Experience with radial and groin PCI access and bleed management REQUIRED
  
• Experience with temp pacing REQUIRED
