Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work all holidays including surrounding weekends (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!
8hrs nonbillable orientation
CallBack (if applicable) Holiday and OT multipliers 1.25%

- Work History

- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys ACLS BLS Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file exemption form Facility will not pend license/certs)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be inhand. Facility will not pend license. No exceptions.
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
