Temp - RN - Case Management Days Springfield VT

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** Traveler must be willing to work holidays including weekends before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved.

** NO OT rate will be the same as hourly pay

SHIFT ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (10/12hr shifts block schedule etc)

• 2 years of current Case Management experience in a hospital setting Required
• 2 years of MS or related experience required
• BSN (or higher) REQUIRED
• Previous Travel Preferred
