Requirement description :
- 1 year Xray experience REQUIRED
- GE experience REQUIRED
- Neonate Pediatric Adolescent Adult and Geriatric patient population
- COVID and Flu vaccination required NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
- McKesson PACS and Cerner experience preferred
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume with all facilities listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- 2 supervisory references (completed within the last year)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
