Facility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility.
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing and collecting various blood throat and urine specimens from all age groups on inpatients and outpatients. Gives proper instructions and paperwork needed for at home collections to the patient. Crosstrained to fill in for drawing stations or lab clerk and as needed.

Weekend Requirements : No Weekends
On Call Requirements : No Call

Requirement description :
- 1 Years of Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)

On Call Requirements : No Call
