Job Description

Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years current Phlebotomy experience Required
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING REQUIRED
- Travel experience Highly preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- Certifications Must be uploaded with profile Facility will not pend certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : FACILITY WILL NOT PEND BLS. Certifications Must be uploaded with Profile!
Weekend Requirements : Every third weekend /Holidays as needed
On Call Requirements : No Call
