Your traveler will be expected to:
Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
Local travelers (within 75 miles of facility) must be uploaded at a 10% reduction of posted rate per hour
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Candidates MUST have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not available.
NonBillable Orientation: 0hrs
Multipliers (OT Holiday CallBack): 1.25%
Call CallBack and Charge: Not applicable to this need
Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years CURRENT Phlebotomy experience Required
- ASCP Phlebotomy Certification Required (A copy of Certification MUST be uploaded with profile!)
- EPIC experience
- Travel experience Highly Preferred

- 1 Reference (Supervisory Signed from w/i past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications (ASCP and BLS facility will not pend certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ASCP
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Certification(s) MUST be uploaded with profile
Weekend Requirements : Weekend Rotation/Holiday Rotation
