Shift Notes: 8hr days MondayFriday 40hour guarantee

Travel Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR LOCAL TRAVELERS. PERM ADDRESS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH PROFILE.

This Manager is responsible for supporting administrative and operational direction for the safe efficient and effective daily Operations and workflow and provides supervision of the daily operations for dietary services and programs including food production catering cafeteria service receiving and patient service. Acts on behalf of the organization supervising staff to ensure that quality meals are provided for all patients visitors and other customers at a level consistent with department standards. Ensures daily practices comply with all regulatory standards.

• 2 years CURRENT food services supervisory or leadership experience required.
• 3 years of nutrition experience
• Experience with Hospital regulations and compliance required
• Proven leadership skills in quality and process improvement required
• Customer service experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• MUST BE A NATIONALLY REGISTERED DIETITIAN (ADA) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• MA Dietitian / Nutritionist STRONGLY PREFERRED
• SERVESAFE Servesafe Certification STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Bachelors degree in dietetics or related field (MASTERS PREFERRED and will receive first consideration)
• Meditech Client Server experience preferred
• Experience in a multihospital system preferred
• Experience working with government and thirdparty payers preferred
• Process improvement certification preferred
• Completed internship or other approved pathway to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and requirements for eligibility
