Roles & Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to generate interest and
close sales.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries provide information and resolve issues to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
Work towards individual and team sales goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales activities leads and conversions.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:
Graduates or Undergraduates with relevant telesales experience or freshers with
a strong inclination towards sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
