Telesales / Chat Sales Representative
Overview:
The role of the Telesales / Chat Sales Representative is crucial for driving sales and revenue through proactive engagement with potential customers over the phone and online chat platforms. This role plays a vital part in the overall sales strategy and customer acquisition efforts of the organization as it directly impacts the conversion of leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls and online chat to promote and sell products or services
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Provide accurate information about products and services to potential customers
- Handle customer objections and complaints in a professional manner
- Utilize sales scripts and strategies effectively to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize leads
- Document customer interactions and update lead/customer records
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to close sales
- Work towards continuous improvement in sales techniques and approaches
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support team members
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in telesales chat sales or a related sales role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or sales is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
Fresher As Well As Experience Accepted
