I am looking for someone who has Telesales experience who is looking for the next step in their career

The job involves contacting people who have very recently indicated online interest in life insurance: either reviewing existing arrangements or obtaining new products taking basic details and pre qualifying details and transferring the call to an adviser in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests and queries by phone.
• Make the customers feel comfortable and happy.
• Be able to solve problems for customers.
• Do your job under pressure from managers.
• Answer customer questions about products or services.
• Have a lot of patience when speaking with customers.
