To support recruitment of new students in the CIS regionwe have a role of Telephone Sales Representative (Russian speaking).
This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Contact incoming leads within 24 hours via telephone to consult them about Crimsons products
Qualify the leads in line with sales processes and hand them over to the sales team.
Update lead records in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Continuously improve sales techniques processes and enhance industry knowledge.
Collate weekly reports in an accurate and concise manner
Carry out other duties to support the sales & marketing teams.
What skills and experience are required
Bachelors degree: completed or in progress
Work experience in telephone sales or telemarketing from 1 year
Native speaker of Russian language advanced command of English.
Advanced PC user: Excel/Google Sheets CRM systems email.
Outstanding communication skills flexible mindset persistence well organized resultoriented attentive to details stress resistant.
Previous work experience in the education industry is advantageous.
