Telemarketer

This is a remote position.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists
  
• Present and promote products/services to generate interest and sales leads
  
• Provide accurate and compelling product information to potential customers
  
• Effectively handle objections and provide suitable responses to address customer concerns
  
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide necessary information as required
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful lead conversion
  
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales efforts
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing processing Medicare/Medicaid Health Insurance
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
  
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
  
• Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  
• Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Exceptional listening and problemsolving skills
  
• Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM software
