Overview

The role of a TelecallerFemaleWork from Home is crucial to our organization as it involves directly interacting with potential and existing customers. The TelecallerFemaleWork from Home will be responsible for making outbound calls to inform customers about our products or services answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or complaints. As the first point of contact this role plays a significant part in creating a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products or services
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and address their queries or complaints
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Provide information about products or services
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper customer service
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Handle customer objections
  • Ensure customer retention through excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to work from home with a quiet dedicated workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Patience and ability to handle stress
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluency in the local language and English
  • Professional and courteous approach to handling customers
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work evenings and weekends
