Overview:

The Tele Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. They are responsible for initiating sales calls building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
  • Identify and qualify sales leads
  • Pitch products or services to customers
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies

Language Required Kannada & Malayalam (English mandatory)
