• Handle customer queries and resolve issues

• Meet daily weekly and monthly sales quotas

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential
• Prior experience in tele sales or customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
