Tele caller - Automobile

Job Overview:

Playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by managing telephonic communications and providing information related to Automobiles products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills a customercentric approach and the ability to effectively convey information to potential buyers and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming calls from customers and potential buyers.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule test rides service appointments and showroom visits.
• Effectively communicate product details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details.
• Conduct followup calls to gather customer feedback after test rides and service appointments.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and service to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or any graduate.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunication role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customerfocused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Familiarity with products and a passion for automobiles is a plus
