Job Responsibilities:
- Attending Inbound Calls
- Acknowledging nonvoice queries in 30 Minutes
- Identifying their NDPs and providing solutions
- Timely Closures
- Continuous Learning to Improve Personality Development
- Develop Communication skills i.e. Verbal & Non Verbal to keep service standards high
- Attending Inbound Calls
- To Pick up calls in 5 Seconds
- To increase FTR ratio by providing First Time Correct Solutions
- Understand the current NDPs of the customer
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
- Follow the Calling and communication scripts approved by the Company
- Send daily activity reports to the manager.
Client Coordination
- Write emails and make calls professionally to record all discussions with the client for queries and followup
- Being the communication bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders
