Job Description:

Intern Opportunity: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electromechanical and/or optical areas. Constructs troubleshoots calibrates adjusts tests diagnoses and maintains equipment components devices or systems.
• Works from schematics engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments modifications and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Potential Projects and Experiences:

• Equipment Experience and Hands On Engage in routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) and perform repairs on advanced highly automated equipment.
• Conduct failure finding on assigned equipment and learn PdM tools (ultrasound and thermography)
• Continuous Improvement Engagement
• Assigned to one of more PMs to lead PM Optimization kaizens
• Assigned to one or more Equipment Reliability gembas
• Execute on improvement opportunities identified
• System exposure and learning
• Investigate and improve our materials management system (data cleansing consolidation physical audit for accuracy)
• Contribute to data readiness for new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
