Technician Facilities Industrial Waste - II

This position is for field work where they will be spending time out in the field working on industrial equipment (need to be able to lift 25lbs and/or wear proptective personal equipment beyond basic). Not a desk job. Must be able to stand or walk for 12 hour shift.

Job Description:
Position will be supporting routine operations and maintenance on the Intel Ocotillo Factory Waste Treatment systems.


Responsibilities will include but not be Iimited to: Operating and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment which support our operations facilities. Performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures. Utilizing quality systems and diagnosing process issues in industrial treatment systems. Role modeling safety and quality. Treatability studies of different chemical constituents feeding Industrial Waste systems. Commissioning new IWS systems including FAT/OAT document review and implementation startup support and training delivery.

Additional Skills: Good computer skills and an aptitude to quickly Iearn software applications. Knowledge in the theory and principles of operations and controls of facilities systems Working knowledge and handson Technical capabilities of preventative and predictive maintenance trouble shooting diagnosis and repair Instrumentation and controls knowledge with SCADA systems Ability to work from maintenance schedules blueprints procedures and diagrams Good Verbal and written communication skills Ability to function and interact in a fastpaced team environment is essential.

Minimum Educational Requirement: Twoyear Associates Degree with at Ieast 2 years of related facilities experience.

Will train on Intel SWS/IW Makeup (UMK) and Primary (UPR) training packages through L2 as a requirement for position.
