- Prepare instruction manuals job aids process and procedure documents
- Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation and create technical documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff
- Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences
- Create process manuals and job aids with screenshots and tutorials
- Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner
- PMG patching processes and procedures require review and modernization to support organizational changes to function as a combined back procedure and align with Vul/ patch management policies. The existing processes lack level of maturity required and operationally ineffective. This is essential to align with controls being followed and evidencable.
