THIS POSITION IS HYBRID. THERE WILL BE REQUIREMENTS TO BE IN THE OFFICE
Proofreading and potential editing of product labeling including packaging and user documentation (i.e., Instructions For Use, Operator Guides, etc.)
Reviews new and updated labeling according to proofreading procedures to ensure accuracy to source documents, requested changes, consistency and adherence to company and product line standards.
Manages workload to meet committed dates and escalates workload concerns, as needed.
Collaborates with internal team and participates on project teams, as needed.
Ability to work across product lines and internal partners including technical leaders, content developers, writers, designers, and other proofreaders.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's preferred
Experience- minimum 3-5 years
Specific experience or skills needed: Proofreading and technical knowledge (XML experience is desired),
Documentation skills (e.g., formatting, editing, technical documentation)
