Opkey invites you to join its fastgrowing ELearning Team in India as Technical Trainer / Product Trainer. As a Technical Trainer / Product Trainer you will deliver technical training programs and help our customers and employees understand and excel at Opkey products / technical topics.
Job Description:
- Conduct online training sessions for Opkey customers and employees for multiple products/ topics.
- Interacts with learners and helps them understand the product features usage or domain knowledge.
- Works with the team to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
- Instructs participants in classroom lectures and follows up to determine the applicability of course material
- Learn and adapt to Test Automation trends and technology.
Skills required for the role:
- 3 years of experience in delivering technical training sessions for a global audience.
- Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easytoabsorb way.
- Experience creating interactive and engaging eLearning recordings.
- Experienced with instructional design techniques based on adult learning standards.
- Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
