Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Technical Team Lead with expertise in databasedriven web application development projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading technical teams particularly in the realm of Microsoft C# .NET SQL Server Oracle SQL Server Reporting Services and ASP.NET MVC. Government experience is highly desirable for this role as the projects will often involve compliance with governmental regulations and standards. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a preference for candidates located in Tallahassee FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a technical team in the design development and implementation of databasedriven web applications.
• Collaborate with project managers business analysts and stakeholders to define project requirements timelines and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Microsoft C# .NET SQL Server Oracle SQL Server Reporting Services and ASP.NET MVC.
• Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and promote best practices for software development.
• Manage project timelines resource allocation and priorities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Work closely with database administrators and system administrators to ensure the scalability security and performance of web applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Team Lead for databasedriven web application development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft C# .NET SQL Server Oracle SQL Server Reporting Services and ASP.NET MVC.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience working on government projects or within government agencies is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies is a plus.
