Utilize Your German and Tech Expertise! Tier 2 Technical Customer Support Role in Sofia.

This permanent position offers:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving complex issues: Identifying diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to products and services.
- Monitoring and maintaining tech systems: Proactively monitoring system performance identifying potential issues and updating documentation.
- Expert user support: Providing guidance and solutions to customers and colleagues regarding products and services.
Work schedule: 8hour workday with a lunch break MondayFriday shifts between 9:00 am 7:00 pm
Your qualifications:
- Previous technical support experience: Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Involvement in quality assurance: Prior experience in enhancing service standards.
- Fluency in German (written & spoken) and proficient English (B2)
- Authorization to work in Bulgaria
