Utilize Your German and Tech Expertise! Tier 2 Technical Customer Support Role in Sofia.

  • Opportunity to tackle intricate technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Training: 8 weeks plus additional shadowing time

  • Relocation assistance for candidates outside Sofia (2 weeks accommodation travel expenses up to 490 BGN reimbursed after 6 months)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complex issues: Identifying diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to products and services.
  • Monitoring and maintaining tech systems: Proactively monitoring system performance identifying potential issues and updating documentation.
  • Expert user support: Providing guidance and solutions to customers and colleagues regarding products and services.

Work schedule: 8hour workday with a lunch break MondayFriday shifts between 9:00 am 7:00 pm

Your qualifications:

  • Previous technical support experience: Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Involvement in quality assurance: Prior experience in enhancing service standards.
  • Fluency in German (written & spoken) and proficient English (B2)
  • Authorization to work in Bulgaria
