Required Skills (must have)
- Provide technical support to customers regarding generator operation maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues by coordinating with service technicians and engineers
- Conduct onsite visits to assess generator performance diagnose problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions technical issues and resolutions in the companys database.
- Knowledge with Controllers software DSE COMAP
- Engine diagnosis software EST QSOL
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
Desired Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 5 years experience in generators domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Languages: English required (French Arabic) beneficial
