Technical support specialist

As part of this fulltime onsite role you will be visiting various point of sales (shops and convenience stores) within the Budapest Metropolitan Area guided by a provided map. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct onsite visits to ensure that a crucial piece of equipment known as a Hub is properly plugged in and functioning. This equipment placed beforehand by our technical staff can typically be found behind next to or attached to icecream freezer cabinets.

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Driving Licence will be a plus
• Knowledge of the Budapest Metropolitan Area
• Experience in a similar role is a plus

This role is ideal for someone who can drive or has a very good understanding of public transport in the Budapest Metropolitan Area. Training will be provided well beforehand and support will also be available during working hours.

Tasks

Tasks:
Your tasks during each visit are straightforward and simple. Using a designated app you will take pictures to document the status of the pluggedin device before proceeding to securely plug it back into the power source and the communication device using a standard USB cable similar to the one used for mobile phone charging. Once the job is completed you will again use the app to capture pictures of the finished work.
