As an employee in the service team of this leading company in Rotterdam which specializes in heavy construction installations you work in the service department. Here you perform various tasks to keep the work varied and interesting. You will be working with ERP systems and it is desirable that you already have some technical experience but we also welcome interested parties who would like to learn more. In addition to your other responsibilities such as drawing up Field Maintenance Service (FMS) documents and compiling pick lists you may have to handle urgent requests under the guidance of your supervisor.

Tasks

Your tasks include:

• Preparing Field Maintenance Service (FMS) documents;
• Managing assemblies within logistics;
• Handling emergency transports under the supervision of your supervisor;
• Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Requirements

What do we expect from you as a service employee

We expect you to:

• Have an understanding of ERP systems and can work with them;
• You are in possession of a valid VGB or are willing to apply for one together with the company;
• Have some technical product knowledge or would like to learn more about this;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English language.
