Location: Noida Sec 16 (onsite)

Salary: INR upto 70k

Job summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic technical sales executive to join our growing sales team. In this role you will be responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers to sell the product and services related to telecom AT$T and Antivirus.

Role & responsibilities:

• Seek out and maintain new business leads
  
• Develop and maintain a profile database of all potential customers
  
• Design build implement and maintain an effective sales infrastructure
  
• Manage relationships with customers by initiating planning and executing activities
  
• Respond to customer inquiries concerns and complaints
  
• Conduct sales presentations to company decision makers
  
• Assist with the execution of all sales activities
  

Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills
  
• Previous experience as a sales executive.
  
• Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
  
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
  
• Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
  

Shift: US shift

Working: 5 days (Monday Friday)

Requirements

• The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in troubleshooting
  
• Handle international calls and resolve queries regarding printer connectivity with the computer through Bluetooth
  
• Must have technical knowledge
  
• Ability to reach commission and sales goals
