Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in any technical requests or support and resolve any customer enquiries and issues of the customer via email or phone call.
• Deliver any post sale and presale application and sales support by going to indepth study of the customer needs and recommend the suitable solution for the customer.
• Provide training to the customer on how to operate the product and come out with a presentation slides to show the customer on the product functionality.
• Cooperate with the sales team in order to prolong the existing customers relationship.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• No prior experience needed Training will be provided.
• Passionate in PLC/ Automation products.
