Position: Technical Recruiter (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

• Source and assess technical talent for various roles.
• Collaborate to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and assessments.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
• Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated of the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

This role is freelance and compensated through a profitsharing model. Generous percentage.
