Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory to have prior work experience in Staff Augmentation experience in an IT Company.
  • RPO & BPO can apply
  • Conduct fullcycle recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the offer process.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards social media networking etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and employer branding strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 13years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in the industry/sector domain.
  • Local candidates highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements including but not limited to software development IT and engineering positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and resultsoriented approach to recruitment.
