Overview:


The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in the organization by sourcing screening and providing a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for various positions. They are responsible for identifying top technical talent and guiding candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
  • Facilitate the offer process and negotiate employment terms
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in technical roles
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract top technical talent
  • Understanding of technology and technical roles within the organization
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
