Technical Project Manager - MS Dynamics

Job description

We are seeking a proficient and experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to lead and execute projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and extensive handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations and integrations. As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of projects related to MS Dynamics ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope objectives timelines resources and deliverables in alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and external vendors to define project goals requirements and priorities.
3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively including personnel budget and equipment to support project activities and milestones.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
5. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors and service providers involved in MS Dynamics implementations ensuring adherence to project requirements and contractual agreements.
6. Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes and standards to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet established quality criteria.
7. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to manage stakeholder expectations address resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of MS Dynamics solutions.
8. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular project status reports documentation and presentations to communicate project progress milestones and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field Preferred
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading MS Dynamics implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 including configuration customization and integration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Trello.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure database management and cloud computing concepts.

Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
