Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Project Managerwho has experience working on IT infrastructure projects and who wants to work on client projects in the US and around the world. You will work on projects involving network backup&recovery devOps infrastructures DNS and more.

Mandatory requirements:

• 58 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects (Microsoft Linux AWS Oracle Dell HPE etc.).
• Experience working with technologies or on projects with network IT infrastructure DevOps infrastructure DNS virtual machines Backup and Recovery.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Advanced English. You will work 100% in English in a US company.
• Ability to work in PST time zone.
• Actionoriented motivated selfstarter and a relentless pursuer of results
• Teamwork getting things done in a friendly professional way across many personalities and roles to achieve objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and attain project team goals and objectives
• Oversee and maintain project quality and control throughout its entirety
• Address and overcome technical challenges in collaboration with engineers customer engineers and vendor engineers
• Draft service briefs or statements of work for direct customer delivery
• Identify and communicate key points of significance to the intended audience
• Collaborate with thirdparty entities to assess potential impacts on deployment timelines communicating internally and to customers as necessary
• Ensure timely followup on action items and their delivery
• Engage directly with customers gathering essential information
• Communicate deployment changes promptly to customers
• Escalate issues and keep all parties informed throughout the resolution process
• Monitor engineering time allocation against plans and balance with project budgets
• Validate tracked time and prepare billing details for customer invoicing
• Exercise control over the entire project life cycle
• Track progress and milestones
• Lead team meetings
• Develop and implement best practices
