JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This candidate will provide Project Management (PM) and Scrum Master (SM) support for the Group.
• The Group consists of 5 different areas focused on a range of Multimedia Quality related activities like - Head Unit Testing (HUT) with a Focus on Interoperability testing between HU and Phone OS.
• EVAL with a focus on being the final Quality gate for releases related to Head Unit SW, Server, T&L and Apps, Defect Management and support, Release Management, and Automation Testing.
• CT Automation Tool - Product Team responsible for building and maintaining Automation Tool (CTA).
• Analytics Team - Responsible for conducting in-depth Customer data analytics provided via a multitude of third-party apps, IQS, and PQS and collaborating with Product teams to identify PPH trends.
• Lab & Equipment Team - responsible for fulfilling all Hardware/ Software/ Equipment/ Vehicles (Retrofits/Stage/Prod) requirements across CT for Testing.
• All these teams provide a broad range of technical support for the tools and environments used to do the end-to-end testing of every release.
• This position requires a good mix of PM skills to support all project team's deliverables for every team as well as SM skills to be able to help these teams organize and prioritize their work for each sprint where applicable in line with value delivery committed to Senior Mgmt. and Overall client as an Organization.
• A good mix of Analytical, Soft, and Hard skills is a must-have.
• REF To tools - (latest Analytics Tools; Power BI; RPA; MS Office; Atlassian; In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle; Adobe Experience

JOB EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

• Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models of project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated work experience in product management, strategy, consulting, engineering, and operations.
• Can move the needle forward by gaining consensus, speak to outside vendors/contract discussions, and being a polished presenter to divisions/regions outside of the Client.
• A proactive, motivated individual who can self-manage and execute once given strategic direction.
• Experience conducting market research and validating customer needs.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to ask questions, make decisions, or take on new assignments.
• Ability to manage a wide variety of projects across multiple brands, business units, and/or technology platforms.
• Support onshore Project & Program Managers with Schedule visualizations for client projects, in PMO workbooks.

POSITION: Contract

SALARY:$65- $70.00 Hourly
