Responsibilities
Drive technological strategy and translate innovation into superior products for current and future demand;
Set the vision for developing technology and deploying technological advancements to create product breakthroughs and lead R&D;
Responsible for managing technology operations overseeing companywide research and development activities and driving technology roadmap;
Responsible for understanding customer requirements customer interactions and overseeing development of products and solutions as per specifications/end use application and subsequent cost analysis;

Develop advance battery technology and businessenabling products/ solutions;
Responsible for Product Data Sheet and handling other required documentation:
Managing company intellectual property portfolio development and process development;
Build and lead a highperforming internal team to undertake technical prototyping design develop and delivery of products as per road map and objectives.
Complete market knowledge on Cost Analysis based on product segment.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as Techincal/ R&D Manager or a relevant role.
1520 years of experience in battery design engineering etc.
Capable of hands on problemsolving with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Familiar with Cell manufacturing and battery recyclying process.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Highly ambitious strong business acumen and multiskilled candidate.
Knowledge of battery manufacturing power electronics.
