• Translates customer needs (URS) into technical solutions or implementations (SRS) together with
• Reviews and releases technical reports and other technicallyrelevant documents
• Provides technical support to technical team (if required) Guides the daily development work together with the project team members
• Asses and reviews work results together with the technical team and provides guidance to ensure accuracy and quality of work according to the relevant guidelines and processes
• Resolves technical conflicts on assigned projects with the help of the Department Manager

• 5 years engineering experience in the field of power electronics converters
• Understanding of applicable standards and processes in power electronics

• Serves as the technical authority on assigned development projects.
• Supports planning of the development tasks and effort estimation Provides suggestions and solutions to resolve productprojectrelated technical conflicts
• Innovative and structured work approach

• Supports in patent queries and files patent applications restext to the product Ensures compliance with product standards and AVL processes (PIP)
• Supports and maintains development documentation and project calabase
• Ensures a stateoftheart product design to address user requirement specification (URS) with a cost optimized product that has matching system requirement specification (SRS) and/or product datasheet values
• Manages the technical knowhow transfer between development and production.
