We are actively recruiting a dedicated Technical Lead to contribute to our clients success.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent.
  • 6 years of work experience in software engineering.
  • Experience in full stack software development in .NET Angular and Azure/AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental concepts in software engineering management.
  • Able to work with multiple squads and create a quality driven culture (Outcome vs Output).
  • Able to provide technical direction to the team and drive new technology adoption in the product.
  • Experience with running and scaling cloud native applications (Azure or AWS is preferred).
  • Working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) fashion.
  • Be able to build a strong DevOps culture and have worked with automated cloud deployments.
  • Experience solving problems for customers.
  • Ability to lead / propose / discuss system designs using design documents and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product requirements with the relevant stakeholders to build and maintain a wellgroomed product backlog.
  • Work with architects in the clients product team to design solution architecture identify technical risks and implement critical parts of the solution.
  • Guide the team to build and maintain new features in the system.
  • Engage in code reviews to ensure high coding standards are maintained.
  • Be a thought leader within the organization and help coach/mentor the team members and the wider organization.
  • Be a part of scaling the engineering team by hiring onboarding retention grooming and growth of team members.
  • Selfmotivated to work on objectives/initiatives that move the team and organization to the next level.
