Minimum Qualifications:
- The Technical Lead shall have at least two (2) years FTE experience leading the development on at least two (2) agile software projects.
- The Technical Lead shall have at least two (2) years FTE experience designing and developing externallyfacing web .NET applications.
- The Technical Lead shall have at least two (2) years FTE experience decomposing business and system architecture to support cleaninterface multiteam development.
- The Technical Lead shall have at least five (5) years FTE experience: a. Developing software in a team environment using a configuration management tool b. Developing software using a testdriven development approach c. Meeting Sprint Definition of Done criteria
- The Technical Lead shall have at least five (5) years FTE experience in creating and deploying full stack .NET web applications in an agile environment.
- The Technical Lead shall have at least five (5) years FTE experience authoring developerfriendly documentation (e.g. design documentation deployment procedures).
- The Technical Lead shall have at least five (5) years FTE experience engaging with business stakeholders and communicating with stakeholders at every level.
