Technical Lead for a US based Financial Service company Remote in India

Role: Technical Lead

o Experience: 9 to 15 years

o Location: Remote (India Only)

o Technical KnowHow:

OUAF Framework (ORMB CCB Oracle MDM PSRM) Java REST XML/JSON Design patterns Scalability approaches Caching Oracle Database Performance driven designs. Responsibilities: Work with client projectstakeholders to be part of requirement sessions and convert them into technical requirements for development team. Understand client landscape and contribute towards architecture of project. Understanding of various deployment models (onpremises PaaS SaaS) and design the approach for integrations with third party applications. Design programs for Real Time and Batch programs. Convert Java/COBOL into Groovy programs as needed. Develop complex module while helping team technically and functionally. Code reviews. Work with Data Migration & Reporting teams for various requirement mapping needs. Analyze data for any issues and quickly help configuration/development team pass the hurdles. Skills: Knowledge of Oracle products such as: ORMB CCB/CCS MDM WAM PSRM and worked on minimum 2 full cycle implementation projects or product development software lifecycle. Ability and experience to work in Waterfall and Scrum modes. Ability to take strategic decisions. Must have strong communication skills. Possess project management skills (ability to keep the scope time and cost of the development in check) Ability to lead the team.
