Technical Key Account Manager

Our client a comprehensive technical production service company is looking for a candidate that will be responsible for managing the technical production services and preparing customized offers for different clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for technical production services providing guidance to clients and preparing customized offers.
• Offer technical advice to clients and draft proposals tailored to their needs.
• Ensure thorough followup on projects overseeing their successful execution.
• Occasionally attend inperson events and client meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the AV sector (sound lighting video).
• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages especially German is a plus.
• Sociable empathetic individual with the ability to adapt to diverse environments and stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills.
• Team player with clear communication skills (both oral and written) and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a project department.
