Overview:
The Technical Delivery Manager AI plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of AI projects within the organization. They are responsible for managing the technical aspects of AI projects and ensuring seamless communication between the technical team and clients. This role is essential in driving the organizations AI initiatives and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of AI projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables
- Develop project plans milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise
- Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
- Assess project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Lead mentor and support the technical delivery team
- Stay updated on AI trends technologies and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies
- Participate in presales activities and project scoping
- Ensure smooth transition and handover of completed projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in AI implementation and project management
- Demonstrated technical expertise in AI machine learning and data analytics
- Strong understanding of AI technologies frameworks and algorithms
- Excellent clientfacing and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Experience in team leadership and mentorship
- Certifications in AI project management or related areas (e.g. PMP Agile AWS AI)
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
