Technical Customer Support (Tier 1) German Speaking

Start date: April 15 2024

Location: Advance Business Center Sofia Bulgaria

Languages: B2 German and English accepted No tech experience required

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am 7:00 pm

Training and Nesting: 4 weeks training followed by 8 weeks nesting (fully onsite)

Hybrid Work: Possible after training and nesting if performance is satisfactory

Relocation Package:

14 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)

Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months

Transportation Bonus: 50 BGN

Bonus for Life Events: 500 BGN for marriage or university graduation

Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) for our Germanspeaking clients. While no technical experience is required fluency in German and English is essential. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues providing solutions and maintaining service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.

Provide Solutions: Offer effective solutions and guidance to customers to address their concerns.

Maintain Standards: Uphold service standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Update Documentation: Keep documentation up to date with relevant information and resolutions.

Detect Spam: Identify and address spam or fraudulent activity according to company guidelines.

Offer Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance to customers on using our products and services.

Analyse Issues: Analyze customerreported issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Assess Reports: Evaluate reports and metrics to measure performance and customer satisfaction.

Provide Guidance: Offer guidance and support to team members as needed.

Profile Nice to Have:

Good linguistic expression in German.

Active listening skills.

Ability to use various troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.

Efficient time management skills to meet response and resolution targets.
