Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be:

• Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services focusing on technical questions
• Maintaining and updating the customers accounts
• Dealing with sensible data
• Ensuring highquality service and customers satisfaction
