• Create visual aids diagrams and videos to enhance product documentation
• Manage and maintain a content editorial calendar to meet deadlines and project timelines
• Stay updated with product updates and new releases to keep content accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather feedback and improve content effectiveness
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guidelines and best practices
• Assist in writing technical blog posts white papers and case studies to support thought leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in English Technical Writing Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a technical writer or content writer in a technology or productfocused industry
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable content
• Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
