PlayMatrix is enhancing EveryMatrix product offering with live casino studios across multiple markets.

About The Project:

Join our exciting project to develop stateoftheart live casino games including Roulette Blackjack and various other games featuring real dealers streamed to players worldwide. Our goal is to deliver an immersive gaming experience with the lowest latency and highest quality.

Business Analyst

What will you do:

• Requirements Gathering and Elicitation: Collaborate with product owners developers and stakeholders to understand specific requirements for live casino games. Conduct indepth analysis to define detailed technical specifications based on business needs. Translate business and user needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Creation of Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation including system workflows data models and technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of technical requirements and address any development challenges.
• Data Analytics for Gaming Performance: Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of live casino games. Analyze gaming data to enhance player experiences and optimize game performance.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into issues and errors identified during testing. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and address root causes of technical issues.
• Technology Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on technological advancements in the gaming industry. Provide insights on how emerging technologies can enhance live casino gaming experiences.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst QA or Technical Product Owner.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the gaming industry with a focus on live casino games.
• Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques for technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of live gaming technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration system architecture and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques for gaming performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Life Balance:

• 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
