Technical Architect / Lead

Job Description:

Proven experience as a Technical Architect/Lead with overall experience between 4 - 8 years

Hands-on experience with software development & architecting in .Net Framework, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework Core and Angular

Strong knowledge on Angular 11 and other UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Jasmine & Karma, etc.) supporting Angular development.

Experience in Microservices Architecture, Container-based applications

Strong Experience in Azure (setting up environment, application and user configuration & management)

Good understanding of DevOps and preferably AzureDevOPs tool, setting up and managing CI & CD pipelines

Strong experience in databases (Relation & Non-Relational) - SQL Server

Familiarity with Logging & Monitoring tools like App Insights and Azure Monitoring

Stronghold on Performance, NFRs, and Security concepts

Understanding of strategic IT solutions

Co-ordinate with peer architects, system engineers, and other relevant stakeholders in the project development process

Formulate and communicate technical vision and strategy to business and technical stakeholders

Participate in architectural meetings with the client-side architect and translate their needs into technical specifications with help of technical leads

Implementing architectural best practices across projects, define infrastructure, design deployment architecture.

Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance products & processes and experience in insurance brokerage market will be an advantage

Experience in Agile development and well versed in the Agile Scrum processes

Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members, addressing any technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.

Ability to be adapt, prioritize and to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions

Good communication with clients/operational managers and ability to build good relationships
